TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

1.
ENTIRE CONDITIONS

These conditions constitute the entire agreement relating to the entry and conduct of the lucky draw.
2.
WHO MAY ENTER
Citizens and permanent residents of Singapore are eligible to enter the lucky draw. All participants should be 16 years and above.

This lucky draw is not open to employees of the Australian Trade Commission, Singapore (Austrade Singapore), Perth Education City, Australian Council for Private Education & Training, CPA Australia - Singapore Division, Guerilla Conceptions, A-Sonic Logistics Solutions or their affiliated companies, members of their families or households, agents or any professionally connected with the lucky draw.
3.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Study in Australia Lucky Draw, participants may either :

Register online www.studyinaustralia.org/Singapore/ at the Visitor Registration tab before 18 March 2010
-
Register onsite at Registration Counter outside Suntec Exhibition hall 402 on 20 & 21 March 2010
To Qualify:
a)  
Register either online www.studyinaustralia.org before 18 March 2010, 6pm or onsite at Suntec Hall 402 on 20 & 21 March 2010 between 12pm – 6pm daily.
b)  
Proof of registration is not proof of lucky draw entry.
c)  
Illegible or incomplete entries will also be disqualified.
   
4.
LIMITATIONS ON ENTRY

Only ONE entry is permitted per person.
5.
ENTRANTS BOUND BY CONDITIONS 

Participants in the lucky draw indicates acknowledgement that these Terms and Conditions have been read and it is agreed with Austrade Singapore that the participant is bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By participation, the participant agrees to accept the results of the lucky draw unconditionally and agrees not to make any claim against Austrade Singapore pertaining to the results.

Prizes are awarded on an ‘as is’ basis and the competition creates no legal obligation between contestants and Austrade Singapore for the specifications or performance of any prize. Contestants must refer any issue regarding prizes directly to the respected airline.
6.
DURATION
Online registration commences on 22 Feb 2010 and closes before 18 March 2010. Onsite registration is available on 20 & 21 March 2010. The lucky draw will be conducted at 3pm on the 23 March 2010 at Australian Trade Commission.
7.
SELECTION OF WINNER
Decisions of Austrade Singapore are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.
PRIZES
Two (2) return flights and 3 days/2nights accommodation in Perth and the following terms and conditions apply:

Strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash

Validity of prize: Travel valid till 30 September 2010 (no extension permitted
-
Both passengers to travel together
-
3days/2nights accommodation

All relevant taxes, visa fees, administrative charges and items of personal nature are excluded

Reservations must be made with Fortune Travel Pte Ltd at least 2 weeks in advance prior to departure, subject to availability
-
Traveller(s) must ensure passport’s validity of more than 6 months after departure date
-
Fortune Travel Pte Ltd acts only as agent and will not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accidents. Delay or irregularity which may occur during the trip

Prize winner must present the original prize letter personally with copy of identity card or passport during prize collection.
   
9.
WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw date. Prizes not collected within one (1) month of notification will be forfeited. Winners must produce the winning letter of notification to claim prizes from Austrade Singapore. The winners shall arrange to collect the prize at his or her own costs.
10.
PUBLICITY

All participants agree to accept all publicity in any kind related to the lucky draw, during and after the lucky draw duration. Austrade Singapore may use or place your details, results, scores and information provided by the Participants.
11.
NO LIABILITY

Austrade Singapore reserves the right to alter, amend or close the lucky draw or change any of the rules, prizes, terms and conditions, in its sole discretion at any time, without giving prior notice to participants. Participants agree that Austrade Singapore shall not be liable for any injury, loss (including economic loss) or claims made by them.

Austrade Singapore shall not be held liable for any printing or electronic transmission errors in any material associated with this competition.
12.
OWNERSHIP OF ENTRIES 

All entries become and remain the property of Austrade Singapore.
13.
